If you purchased a Standard Product (work tools, preparation products or color packs) you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of delivery, without giving any reason. Fill in the form: you will receive, by e-mail on a durable medium, confirmation of receipt of your declaration with date and time.

Important: coloured paints (both catalogue and Custom Color) are tinted and prepared to order according to the colour you choose and constitute made-to-measure goods; pursuant to art. 59 of the Italian Consumer Code they are therefore excluded from the right of withdrawal. The 2-year legal guarantee of conformity always remains valid in case of a defective product.
