4. Nature of the provision of data and consequences of any refusal to respond

The provision of your personal data for the purposes referred to in Article 3, lett. a), b), c) and d), above, is necessary in order to take advantage of the services made available on our Site (i.e. purchase goods through the e-commerce service; registration on the site).
