The extraordinary exhibition BURRIRAVENNAORO, which is currently underway and can be visited until January 14 at the MAR - Ravenna Museum of Art, presents to the public the works of master Alberto Burri in all their splendor thanks in part to the collaboration of VERNICE. VERNICE, technical sponsor of the exhibition, offered its distinctive "Nero Profondo" paint to bring to life the walls that serve as a frame for Burri's works, creating an environment that further enhances the strength and originality of the artist's creations.
Masterfully curated by Bruno Corà, the exhibition itinerary of BURRIRAVENNAORO winds its way through one hundred works, among which Burri's genius and his deep connection with the city of Ravenna emerge. VERNICE, with its choice of the color "Nero Profondo", has contributed to a chromatic dialogue that highlights the beauty and intensity of the protagonist artist's creations.
Impressive paintings such as S. Vitale and Nero e oro, inspired by the rich Byzantine-Ravenna mosaic tradition, emerge with renewed vitality. Burri's use of extra-pictorial materials, such as pumice stone, glue, jute and recycled sacks, also stands out.
With our contribution we sought to go beyond mere patronage, becoming an essential element in the sensory experience offered by the exhibition. The painted atmosphere, thanks to the finish of our VERNICE KOSmetica, creates an evocative backdrop, making Burri's works stand out and giving the entire exhibition space an aura of elegance and contemporaneity.
The exhibition, curated by the Fondazione Burri Collezione Palazzo Albizzini, highlights how art can be a continuous dialogue between tradition and innovation. BURRIRAVENNAORO, with its walls embellished with "Nero Profondo", effectively showcased the artist's very particular poetics and style, displaying his influences and incredible artistic inventions.
